I booked my appointment online the day before, and it was quick and straightforward. I also called to provide my insurance info, and Laurie was really nice and easy to talk to.
When I got there, the front desk team was welcoming. The technician who helped with the exam was friendly and made everything feel comfortable.
Dr. Ashly Cyriac was great - very knowledgeable, patient, and easy to talk to. She took her time, explained everything clearly, and made sure all my questions were answered.
Overall, I had a really good experience and would definitely recommend Modern Eye Care.
